...Now, one thing about rules, is that eventually you'll have to ask yourself: "How will people other than yourself run this (as easy as they can)?"
But, at this point, the question seems to be "How the heck can you yourself run this without a computer?"
Not wasting any time, I'll do this in point form:
-) Removing stats, and make characters have equipment-based stats, isn't a bad idea.
-) But you have WAY TOO MANY ITEMS, AND NO APPEARANT CENTRAL INDEX to your core rules. That means people have to read ALL your items to understand how your rule works, and since people aren't you, right out of the gate you're asking people to literally GUESS your rules... And what's our incentive to do that?
-) Another problem with you, pretty much since the beginning, was your "flow of mind" way of writing: Half (more than half actually) of everything you wrote was your mind-ramblings which didn't really fit with whatever your wanted to do at that point, whether it be backstory or rules. That was why I said you're a semi-HYBRID because that's exactly what the HYBRID guy did: You typed everything out, but didn't try to make them readable. (You're literally like me typing in English in a Chinese forum, except that I do it because I know nobody actually cared what I typed so I don't bother anymore, unless I thinks its important enough... In that sense, I guess you don't actually cared if people read your stuffs then? v=3=v )
-) And, at the end of the day, you just don't know how TRPG operates. The rules-related stuffs above, its the type of things you see in a Diablo- or F2PMMO-clone, with RMT-based stat-stacking. You did more than that last guy a few weeks ago who pretty much just copied the frontend stat of a smartphone-MMO... But more doesn't mean better, especially in this case: That guy had no backstage op, that made his stuff easy to figure out; You might have a backstage, but you are so overly TMI and half of it mixed with your ramblings that it literally discourage people to even try to figure yours out. (From what little I saw of your calculations, at only a glance I admit... It could probably be simpler: You should aim for something you can do by head in 3-5 seconds per sequence, preferably less. And no I don't actually know what your mechanics are, just that it definitely won't be less than 5 seconds however you do it without an actual app to do the math.)
Keep it simple.
Make it viable.
Splatbook spurge only when you have a product you can stand on.
But, again, I know you don't actually cared, so whatever. v=w=v
