请问，技能是如何购买的？以及技能的使用规则，比如IQ-6/HARD。
在下泛统新人，麻烦各位了=_=b

在技能一开始部分有张大表，那里说了你要把技能学到某个特定等级需要多少点。
那个IQ-6是说如果你不学的话，这技能就当做你有IQ-6点，但这跟你之后要点的点数其实没有关系。

HARD这难度就决定了你每提高一点需要投多少点进去，也在前面的大表里。
